Site-Specific Immersive Projection Mapping

Presented at the 2025 edition of Factory Light Festival, Inhabit is a site-specific immersive projection mapping work created in collaboration with Xenorama Studio. The piece follows a micro-evolutionary cycle of emergence, dissolution, and transformation, exploring how form and motion negotiate space through continual change.
Projected across the industrial architecture of the festival site, Inhabit unfolds as a living visual process where structures resembling growth networks ignite, fragment, and reorganize. Each phase mirrors natural cycles of adaptation and renewal, translating them into a dynamic visual rhythm that reflects the evolving nature of the environments we inhabit.
The installation uses large-scale projection mapping to integrate light, texture, and motion directly with the spatial qualities of the site. Architectural surfaces become active elements in a visual ecosystem that shifts fluidly between structure and dispersion, emphasizing motion as the defining state of form.
Inhabit offers a view of environment as process rather than object—an ever-changing field where transformation itself becomes the work’s core material.
